The major cause and reason for acne is simply a lack of hot soap and water regardless of what your height is ,,,,, And no I'd prefer not exchanging body fluids with you including secretions from the sores ,,,,

if a girl likes you, then she'd like you no matter what. girls usually like men taller than them.. the acne thing could bother some girls, but if she likes you then she would deal with them with you.
