is there like a web site that i can take pictures that i have and make them look weird with effects? or maybe a program i can download?

If you have the programme PHOTOSHOP even if it is 5.5,or6,or7 or CS any photoshop program,open that, open the image you want to change
1. after open the image you click on the button SHIFT+Ctrl+U. Then you get a black and white image.
2. open the image and click on the "filter" at the top.and select "sketch" in that. You can select what kind of sketch you need and click on it.Adjust the ratio you want to apply and proceed.

Better u do it urself and y not if there are free programmes available that are easy too.One is Photoshop u know another is ms paint too(u can invert ur images in it,mean,make negative of any image)
another good quality programme with most latest effects is google picasa (we can download it free here http://angle-mine.blogspot.com )
u can do lot of things in it and also it has an inbuilt system to make a website of the edited work of urs .Good luck

paint shop pro or adobe all trial versions availible at downloads.com what you want to do is go to the top under adjustments i think and hit invert ..these programs have fantastic effects it just takes time and effort to play with them and get amazing results

photoshop is amazing! it is also amazingly expensive! see if the local college has it or if you are still in school, if they have it, my high school did and my college does. other wise, my neighbor, a professional photographer, said that edge is good, but i've never used it personally.
