Don't you watch the viagra commercials??? An erection lasting more than 4 hours warrants a call to the doctor! I'm a girl, so maybe I don't get it, but I'd think after 4 hours you'd get sick of it!

Oh! so you had a "Overdose" right, well you'd better get to an ER or you can be damaged for life, the next time you use this, make sure you don't "overdose" again.

If you don't go in your penis could explode. Then the doctors may have to get a new from a pig farm or something. I suppose the bathroom ceiling has spray all over it from a bad aim as well. I guess once they blow up they are never the same......

i would seek medical attention. they say, an erection for 4 hours is bad..... i would check it to see if it's not blue.... and still has feeling..... use ice? who knows... i'd call 911. sounds like you need the ghost busters

They say after 4hrs...you need to see your doctor.....but if it's been that long.....I'd say buy more ben-gay for your elbow pain.
