im kinda having s*ex with an older guy..im 12 and hes 16. we reallly like each other. i know hes not just in it for the action because we talked for 3 months without barely making out. he doesnt care about that kind of thing. however.... i snuck him in my window at about 3 am last night and we had sex. my parents walked in because of the noise of the moaning and the banging headboard. we're being safe and everyting but neither of my parents will talk to me or look me in the eye. please telll me what to do??

You are 12 years old. I was 13 when I started having sex. I was in a relationship with the guy that lasted 4 years. It was abusive, disfunctional, and unhealthy for me to be having sex at such a young age. Just because you've started doesn't mean you can't stop doing it. You need to take a step back and look at what you are trying to accomplish by doing this. You need to talk to you parents and let them know exactly what is and what has been going on.

Umm...your 12 years old, live your life as a 12 year old. Don't rush to be 23 because once you get there you are gonna regret not being 12 when you had your chance. You think everything is better when your old, but its not. Life just gets harder and harder. Stop having sex with him, your way too young. It's not the safe or unsafe part of sex your parents are REALLY worried about, it's the sex part. They can't trust you anymore and are worried that by the time your 14 you'll have had sex with over 30 men. So just be good, stop having sex, and live your life as a 12 year old. Good Luck! ;)

12 year's old You do understand if your parents want to they can call the cops on him. A 16 year old can manipulate a 12 year old very easy! sorry to have to tell you, Your parents are very disappointed your given a gift and it should be given away to someone very special that your really in love with when your a bit older. 12 is just a kid! there are sooo many other things you should be into and involved with unless your parents arent involved with you then i'd say your subbing your parents for this boy! Your going to meet alot of guys dont be so quick to spread your legs young boys like to tell and word will get around school of what type of girl you are, You will get attention but the wrong kind and no-one will respect you if you cant respect yourself! Your parents should be telling you this! and teaching you this! I'm sorry you have to get advice like this from people online! good luck to you and for god's sake! keep your legs shut! test him! see if this kid will bother with you! Your Parents want a better life for you. At 12 years old, sex should be the last thing on your mind, Now they are trying to figure out what to do and where they went wrong....Let me put it to you this way, Since you are not even in high school yet, Do you want the name like sl*t, because that is what is going to happen, the boy at 16 yrs old, you call that an older man, please ! He will probably have this situation all over school before you know it..This is just the beginning of your problems, From now on I would suggest you keep your legs closed until you are matured enough the handle the situation.

Well, obviously you aren't being safe- have you even started your period? 12 ?!?!? Oh my gosh.... what are children coming too? Your parents can have him ARRESTED so quick. Four years is not a big deal when you are much older, but at your very young age it is such a big difference! You are also very wrong in your statement about him not caring about the "action". If he didn't care, he wouldn't have done it with you! Plus... YOU snuck him in the window! What does that show your parents? They probably will lose all trust in you. Your promiscuity will be rumored about and spread- I promise. I'm surprised you are even allowed to be on the computer! Plus- you said you were being "safe and everyting", were you even using birth control? Condoms?

Um first off your 12 you should not be having sex I dont care how much this guy likes you or you like him. What I would do tho is try and talk to them and see what they say and go from there prlly right now its crazy for them cause your only 12 so your still considered a kid and if I was them I would place charges on the guy but thats just me.

First of all, why the heck are you having s*ex at the age of twelve? Second, you really need to break things off with that guy, because to be sixteen and have a s*exual relationship with a twelve year old, then he has to be a creeper. No doubt he may tell you he loves you, but that is just perverted. You need to talk to your parents, tell them you are sorry and that you want to make things right. Inform them that you are losing your boyfriend, and that you love them. I know this is pretty harsh advice, but what he is doing is completely wrong, and believe me, by 16 he is WELL aware of that. You may not think so, but you are way to young for sex. He's too old for you at 12. Be glad you have your parents. I would have been locked in the basement until I was 35, by my parents, and he would have still been in jail.
