It probably won't really go away all the way. To help it fade, apply aloe vera. And I am talking about straight from the plant. Break off a piece of aloe vera plant and squeeze out the juice. Apply it to your booboo. It really works. Although it works best as the booboo is actually in the healing process. It's still worth a try.

I had various of spotted marks on my face due to a pimple attack my face had from an allergic incident.
What I first did was go to a spa and have a $45 facial to get rid of the months of build up since that built up will prevent the over the counter stuff to really do its job. Then after a week since the facial (I had was a chemical peel facial and the face is really sensitive and raw so be delicate with it when washing it), anyways, I used L'Oreal Special Care Acne Response Special Care Intensive Adult Acne System, which costs about $20 to $24 depending where you live.
It's not an over night cure, but for me it took only one week (two applications, since using it everyday will dry it out) for my skin to be completely cure of marks or any other nasty facial bugs. In that two week time my face is like a babys'. Sure it's expensive, $60, but hey I have no more marks nor have seen new pimples since then.
As an suggestion, as with all chemical peels drink lots of water, your skin as well as your body will love you for it and will help tremendously with getting rid of marks as well as prevent future break outs. You will get out what you put in. Another good suggestion is eat lots of fruits and veggies. Also stop picking at your pimple, the worse thing is touching the face too much and popping pimple is the devil of it all, since the pulse inside will create new pimples in the future.
Remember your hands are more dirtier than your butt (they have tested this on mythbusters) since it touches everything in the world and your butt is covered for the most part. ;)
I hope this helps a lot and good luck.

Most scars tend to go away over time. Give it a while, and if it doesn't go away, try consulting a doctor. There are surgeries that can improve a scar or get rid of it. You could also try scar removal cream. You can find the cream at a local pharmacy or other retail store (Wal-Mart).

Well, this is a tricky question. We sound like we are about the same complexion and depending on your age it may or may not go away. You may need a skin lightener to even out the tone. When I picked at pimples when I was younger they would go away but now that I am older they get discolored. I got a presciption from my dermatologist that works. But you may want to try a drugstore brand like Palmer's.

Just get some scar treatment at a pharmacy store and apply it every night. Your scar will go away for sure with that.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
