Stay out of it please. He needs to experience his life as his own without your interference. True you're his mother and you want to save him from heartache but you can't stop it. The best thing for you to do is to allow him to become a man and experience life. Be there for him to provide a shoulder and advice. If you feel he absolutely needs to know his sister should tell him as one of her peers. He won't take it well coming from you and could possibly respond negatively because he'll feel embarassed and think you're in his business.

just have a man to man kind of talk and say something to the affect of " if you like her so much why don't you ask your sister to find out if she likes you" and of course she already knows the answer so she will tell him, that way it seems to him that he did all the work to figure out whether the girl likes your son or not but in reality if was the nosy dad ahaha

Hey,
Umm...honestly I would just leave it up to ur son to do that. If he wants to tell her he likes her he will, because maybe it's just a crush and the next day he won't like her. Just talk to him before you do anything cause if you told her and something went wrong he would never forgive you. Good Luck! ;)

How old is your son. I believe the best way to go about it is looking straight in the eyes of the person you love and tell them how much they mean to you. It works like charm.
Talk to him and encourage him to do it direct.

As a father, tell him to get it out of his birdbrain and concentrate on his studies (presume he's still studying).
As a mother, ask the father to talk to the son, see above.
As a answerer to this question, none of your business..... let him be.
He's only your son.

Not to sound smart mouthed but that's for your son to figure out after all you won't be here to tell him how to do things forever.

I don't know, just give them advice when the ask for it and let them handle their own problems, cause that's part of growing up.

Telling her so, by mail, in person or phone. How did you tell the boy's mother?

Let your son figure it out. Do not get involved in this, it will embarrass him.

Mothers should STAY OUT of such things, just be there if it all goes haywire... Support, support, support, not meddle, meddle, meddle.
Step back. Well back.
