I wasnt aware that they did.
I know guys on the swimming team do.
And no, it is not wrong for a guy to shave his arms.

They do? Maybe they're swimmers. Swimmers remove any body hair to reduce drag while they're in the water. Other than that, look at bodybuilders. They do it so they show their muscle definition better. Personally, I would think it's a waste of time. I'd rather do something else than shave my arms.

Because some girls prefer guys who are a bit androgynous -- as little different from a girl as possible, while still being technically a boy.

I think it's gross when a guy shaves there arms or legs... it looks gay.

no, i actually shave my arms because i work out and it gives me better definition. but i don't shave my legs though.
