Im 16 and he is 18.

he is my co-worker

The other day when we working, he keep saying i was pretty. He is always looking and trying to talk to me. When ever he looks at me i turn away.

He always ask me if i have a boyfriend.

anyways, he let me write my name on his arm and i drew a heart around my name. so i thought that WAS cute. hahaha...

So 2 questions....

Do u think its wrong to date an 18 year old?

And

How do you know if a guy likes you?

In this teen-age boys likes everyone who attract them but it is not a time for true love. As his activities it seems he like U if U want to conform then put up Ur problems to him if he gets worried for U and try to help U heartily then it proves he like U.
The 5 years difference is normal to be between boys & girls.
No it is not wrong to date with him if the boy is understanding and honest. But during any date U should inform any of Ur family member who is near U. OK!
He likes U only but can't say He love U. There's vast difference between liking & loving.

Hmm maybe if you like him back you can talk to him about stuff try to flirt

and if u just wanna know if he likes u..then just talk to him and see if he would make any weird actions or would enjoy talking to you. Thats what happens to me.. If a girl I like talks to me i would enjoy the talk and think about it always until the next tim we talk again

For a 16 year old, it isn't wrong to date an 18 year old. Two years isn't much of a difference.

In your case, he does like you. He compliments you, tries to make contact (eye-to-eye), and allows/wants physical contact.

No its not wrong for a 16 yr old to go out w. a 18 yr old. I wouldnt say he LOVES you but im pretty sure he likes you. saying he loves you might be too strong. But yeah go for it!!!
