if everything is predestined why we should pray god when we are in trouble is it for better janma ,for this janma we cannot change our destiny

Because everything is NOT PREDESTINED. We still have free will.

The big question is "if everything is predestined...", because it's not. Our actions (in the 3 modes: thoughts, words, deeds) create the "future", not a predetermined script. How can a "god" provide the "cause" for the effects that we experience as human beings? We create our own karma in interdependence with all other beings, which creates the futures that we will experience. That karma also changes the experience of this janma.

Knowledge of everything irrespective of time dimension is called as Predestined and it can be applied only to the All-Knower, Omni-Potent God. But for humans it is our choice. We always have the free-will to choose good or bad. In a class of 50 students, the Teacher who taught them for a year knows who will get 1st Rank, who will get 2nd & who will fail. To understand "pre-destined" we can say this. But the knowledge of Almight God cannot be compared with anything else as time is not applicable to HIM. Everyone will go to Heaven or Hell depending on his/her karma. Suppose in this world in any court they can sentence a rapist *** murderer to death sentence once. But the same crime has been committed by another person 100 times. What is the punishment he will be given? The same death by Hanging only once. But in the world after death, this is not the case. Each individual will be punished as per his deeds when he lived in this world. The dimensions ( time, length, height etc ) will be in a different plane in the next world. Justice & Truth will prevail.

This is an easy one. If the world gets too hot, we've proven that we can survive it because the "Cradles of Civilization" were in hot, dry areas. If the world gets cold, then we've already proven that we can withstand ice ages, and that's without any "high" technology. If the world gets overpopulated, it will, out of necessity, balance itself out. I don't think we need to worry about surviving the next 100 years. The real question is how to we keep the next 100 years from becoming the next Dark Age.

If you believe in re-birth then..........
What you are - your abilities, capabilities, weakness, strengths, and your social, economic, political status in society, your predominant nature - sattvic, rajasic or tamasic .........are all the result of the past Karma ( deeds ).
Though you are bound by your past karma it does not mean that you do not have free will. You are free in a limited sense to do good karma and avoid bad karma in this birth but it does require a conscience and determined effort to do the same.
In order to gain inner strength to fight your negative tendencies and assure you of a better birth, prayer is recommended.

Things r predestined in their own fashion. we have got free will which is a tiny reflection of Gods free will. whenever we do things which are unwilling to God he allows us by his free will as he loves us. We suffer the consequence here in next life or in various plannets as mentioned in vedas. doing things in accordance to God liberates us from this world.

mind is the decision taker , and what is decided is programmed. you are born with the situations
now what decision you will take accordingly you will get the next stage , though with a perticular situation with your decision yes or no two situations are fixed which are predecided . now it is upto you which decision you are taking.
and with the new situation of life you will againg get two situation with your decision yes or no and goes on.......
what are you at present is because of your decisions and karmas which are predecdided but where are you is just because of your decisions.

because pre destiny is only one of the many schools of thought, it is by no means 100% true, the same can be said for all schools of thought, however they are all equally valid
