im a pretty lean guy but i kinda wanted to become more toned before summer im about 5'10 and i weight 145-155 lbs (havent checked in a while but since im still skinny i averaged)

i was wondering if i do, about 200-300 push ups a day and about 700 sit ups a day everyday until summer, would that be enough to have a decent change as soon as possible?

since i dont have acces to a gym, i thought this was the best idea, but im not really sure.

While it is a start, true muscle growth doesn't occur at high repetitions. Actual muscle gains occur with heavy loads - where you fail before 7 repititions. For situps you can hold a container over your head - a gallon milk jug perhaps. You can fill it with gravel for extra weight.

For the chest it is going to be more difficult. I would normally suggest bench pressing. I suppose you could fill some large containers with gravel (cat litter containers maybe) and try to bench them. But it would be ackward. Perhaps rigging a broom stick between two of them.

Again, remember that true muscle growth occurs with weights that are heavy enough that you fail before 7 repititions. (Though it should be light enough that you can complete at least 4 repititions.)
