My mom has a kodak its good for her because she is not too computer savy. My pops has a Sony. I like the price and ease of use of the Kodak. I like the looks and speed of the Sony. I got a Casio exilim (5.0mp) its kinda slow too, but compact. things to think about price, size, looks, options. Its all just preference.

Im certain both cameras are great, however Sony is the worst when it comes to warranty service and turn around times. Kodak is much better in that department. Ive been selling cameras almost 24 years now. Personally, I would look at either the Canon or Nikon Line first, but they all basically make a good product.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50, because of the precision Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 3x optical zoom lens. For high-quality prints, high-light sensitivity for fast-action shooting and more natural-looking pictures in low-light conditions and MPEG1 movie recording.

i don't know which model I have, but I do have a kodak easy share, and the dock has problems recognizing itself with the computer, you have to uninstall and reinstall the software, until eventually my computer went wacko with it...i'd go with the sony

you may not evaluate a guy to a woman. each and each is different. yet a guy, and a woman, supplement one yet another. In different words, one guy and one lady (jointly) is one unit. they seem to be a complementary pair.
