I am a 15 year old girl and want to make my butt/thighs ssmaller. Mostly my butt. I have a flat stomach but my butt is huge and my jeans are alwasy too big around every part of my legs except my butt and upper thighs. I'll do any physical exercise or diet.

Squats...stand on your feet, spread your feet apart (a couple feet) - put your arms out in front of you and bend your knees keeping your back straight. You'll feel the burn :) Also cardio (such as running, etc) exercised burn overall fat. Don't over do it hun, and stay safe, eat healthy and exercise and you will acheive your goal.

Your only 15 your not done developing, wait a couple of years before you decide to make your butt/thighs smaller... there are some girls out there wishing that they had a butt.... be glad that you do... good luck

Your 15 and growing into your body so relax a bit and it may work itself out. if you need a quick fix try low impact areobics. stay away from stairmaster and squats.

Spanx.....they sell them at Nordstroms! It has been on Oprah. It is a control girdle type thing. Just a thought. I love them....
