True beauty comes from within. For you to get to a point in your like for you to feel attractive you MUST realize, acknowledge and embrace the beauty that lies within you. As an acne survivor I can confidently tell you that it is not the end. There are many things that you can do to get your acne under control. The most important thing is to drink plenty of water. It seems really simple but it can make a tremendous difference in the appearance of your skin. Beyond that there are plenty of over the counter and natural remedies to acne (such as aloe vera gel) that can prove helpful. For more severe cases you can consult a dermatologist. So to answer you question, no there is nothing wrong with you that cannot be improved upon with a boost of confidence and self esteem.

Listen i had the same thing when i was 17 up until just about 21 it was not a good time for me! I didnt pick my acne which is very important, my face was so bad i was getting infections which delayed my entry into the armed forces! i was given stuff called "benzac ac 5" gel. It helped alot! my skin is white porcilin now because i didnt pick otherwise i'd be crater face! i also dont go in the sun! So i look very young and i didnt get a date till i was 19! Dont worry it will happen! My girlfriend couldnt believe old pic's of me! So to answer your question your perfectly normal!!!!!! there is nothing wrong with you! OK? Good luck and if you think it is that bad ask a doc for that stuff!

Previously, you posted the following stats about yourself :
I'm 16 years old, 5'2" weigh 108.
There is nothing in that line that is unattractive from an exterior standpoint, unless you totally changed from that year -post time....if that, & your severe acne is what you base attractiveness on.
Someone who was really special, or cared about the real you... would see the attractiveness that lies within, that is the only real thing. It is not superficial or topical, like acne, which can be cleared up with perseverance & determination.

i mean, no there's not something wrong with you. If you want the generic high school counselor opinion. Becuase, you know, your so beautiful on the inside. And I'm sure personality counts or something.
but honestly, looking good should be a top priority. or at least looking respectable. I mean, not everyone can be desirable but at least everyone can look clean. Its hard for me to become friends with people who don't have alright hygiene. I'm sure that it would be hard for me to have a crush or even too much respect for someone with horrible acne. Sorry for being brutally honest if this stings a bit, but if you're taking it as an honest opinion, then you're welcome.
and to help with your pizza imitation situation I recommend...
PROACTIV. its the best. and if that doesn't work try a medication.

You sound perfectly normal to me. Acne is completely normal for teens. Who cares if you've never been asked out? That doesn't determine if you're a good person or not. Focus on the talents you have and your great personality. Statuses like "single" and "in a relationship" may seem to matter but they don't matter any more than if the birds in the sky are blue or black. :)

There is nothing wrong with you. :) Alot of people have acne problems.
Just because you've never been asked out, doesn't mean you're not attractive, or that it's because of your acne.
If your acne is a serious bother, and you think it hinders your social life, I'd definitely see a dermatologist, and see if they can help sort your skin out.

At 17, you don't need a boyfriend, enjoy being young and single! However, go to a GP, there arte so many medications available on prescription now, that will fix it up! Read up on good skin care products to care for your skin to avoid scarring! It can be fixed, see your doctor and a good beauty therapist!

your only 17, life doesnt start until at least after high school, high school is retarded..and boys are at that shallow age where they want Suzy Bigboobs, unless your willing to go out with the silent freak kid in the back of the class...don't worry about boys, if you don't have any strings attached, focus on yourself at this point in your life...so many people ruin things by getting the opposite sex in the way
