I've seen this dog recipie book at Cost Plus, but holy cow it's $13.00 for a small little booklet, besides I don't think I can buy it, photocopy it, then return the book. LOL. I've got one 8 year old mixed terrier (pitbull & rot) and a 1 year old adopted black dog with a long beak (lol--she's not my favorite). How can I mixed up some good dog treats like carob brownies or dog edible biscotti with household ingredients? Thanks!

Here are a couple of websites definately worth visiting:

http://www.geocities.com/heartland/ranch/1011/dog.htm
http://gourmetsleuth.com/recipe_dogbiscuit.htm
http://www.thepoop.com/pooppantry/
http://www.treatworld.com/

Just copy and paste the links into your browser. they all have a lot of doggy recipies on there, from stuff found in the home as well as ideas for home made dog food. If none of these help, run a google search for "dog treats" I got over a million results from this search!!

Go on line and type in dog treats or dog biscuits or dog biscotti and see what is offered. There are a ton of recipes on line for pets and people. I bake all types of dog biscuits for my dogs that are full of great ingredients that inhance their diet. Anytime I want to cook anything new or different I type in the name of the dish and get pages and pages of recipes. Anything you want to know is on line.
