I told my friend how I feel about her and she thought it was really sweet. I was going to ask her out, but then she brought up the subject of her ex kept telling her he loved her and stuff. I don't know if she likes him or not. I really want what's best for her, what should I do/say?

what do you need more?
a girlfriend or a good friend?
if you need a good friend then dont ruin your friendship by asking her out....
but if you think there is a mutual attraction i say go for it

listen first explain to him ur situation and also tell him it wouldn't cut our friendship also tell her in the same time also tell him not this situation cut our friendship why all say a good friend or a girl friend listen there is always hopes to hve both 80% i think best wishes
