YES. Foods with chemicals added to them get absorbed into our bodies. Of course this changes the way we feel and think. Especially diet sugar, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, msg. Ever read an ingredients label? How often does it list normal whole foods?

How would I be thinking if I ate only oatmeal? And how would that differ from how I would be thinking if I ate only veggies? What country are you from? May we have an example of how properly you think for us to have a goal in our lives. It is the New Year, after all, and now is as good a time as any to straighten up and think right.
Personally, you seem a bit "out of kilter" to me.

yes because the nutrients in natural foods has far more benefits for our mind, and bodies than these other mechanically made foods - has something to do with the natural foods enzymes that is good for the human brain such as memory and the desire to think and gain knowledge
