this is a case when you want to go to the doctor, the sooner the catch it, the less invasive the treatment is and the more successful the treatment is, testicular cancer is highly treatable as long as you get to the doctor right away, the longer you wait, the worse it can get. this is another situation where self examinations on a regular basis are a good idea, take care

Echoing many people's answers here.Get it checked out as soon as possible. What many people don't realise is that there is no typical symptoms for testicular cancer. There can be a lump, pain, swelling or,as in my case, just a small area which when touched felt like a red hot poker was being put through it.

I know it is a rather embarrassing subject to go to the doctor about but believe me the consequences are far worse.I kept putting it off thinking maybe I just knocked it etc.It wasn't until frequent nagging from my wife and mother made me go.

In the end they said I was verylucky because it had beeen caught early and was so small the likelyhood of it coming back was very small.I had my testical removed and have been fine since. It doesn't affect you in any way and you can live your life exactly how you were before.I just found it a little painful to walk for about a week afterwards.

More than likely you don't have cancer but if you do the good news is there is a 95% chance of curing testicular cancer if it is caught early.

Wish you luck with your appointment and try to stay cheerful.

Alpaca is a fraud he is not a scout sniper. Navy has better living conditions? Well if you like living on a ship for months than go for it! The Army is good. They have tons of jobs, bases, and it seems like their schooling benefits are better. You get promoted in the Army a lot faster. All branches make the same money. It depends on the rank of the person how much you get paid. I was considering the Army, but I've always wanted to be a Marine so I chose the Marine Corps. And you said your heart has been set on the Army, go for the Army! Honestly, I felt like if I joined another branch, then I would have let my self down since it is something that I've always wanted to do. If you can relate, then you'll make the right decision. Good luck! Edit: You can tell he is a fraud because its not "Marine Core" it is "Marine Corps"

Call your GP, get a referral to a Urologist and get it checked out! Don't give it a chance to grow (spread). TC is treatable and curable. Don't delay! My husband (30 when diagnosed) found a small lump and called his doctor right away, saved his own life and didn't give the cancer a chance! We have a beautiful little girl, who was conceived without any help after his treatment.

Take care and best of luck!!!

Go to a doctor! Especially if the lump is under the skin!

I went with one - and it wasn't 'C', but what it was had to be lanced, to drain it. The Doc (even tho he didn't give me the visit for free!) made a point of saying men needed to be more aware of things 'down there'.

Don't 'risk the family jewels to save a buck' - get both checked out.

it feels like a small round hard mass. Like a pebble or a BB. The other thing attached to your testicle is a polyp or small skin growth. If you have any question go see your doctor.

Hate to say it - but you should go to a doctor to get it checked out.

Can't tell anything from online & you'll feel better for knowing (especially if it turns out to be nothing!) But the only way to know is to have a doctor look!

At various times I have had a boil, a cyst, and a varicocele. The last one required surgery. Better than having cancer.

Go see a doctor. You cannot have cancer diagnosed off of a website.

Any bump on the testicle is suspecious. Have it checked by the doc. A Female doc is more fun by the way...
