Anyone know if Epson Stylus R380 can use the same ink cartridge as the R320 and R340?

The product code on the R380 ink is T0781 and the ink I have purchased at Costco is T0481. The Cartridges look exactly the same. Help!

According to Epson, they use different cartridges.

I have a lot of the r380 does anyone know if Epson has other printer that takes the same in as the r380
