What do I need to see the others that are not watcherable?

Subscribe to cable first but the real reason your picking up channels is because it's either from a bad wire or connection from your nieghbor or the cable system itself. Cable systems are not supposed to leak because they use radio frequencies on the cable that are also used for off-air communications such as aeronautical communications with aircraft and towers. The right thing to do is call the cable provider and let them know so they can fix it or talk to your nieghbor and see who has poor reception like ghosting and lines in their picture. Thats probably where you are picking it up the signal.
