It means when you send in the next form, she will try to speed up the process for you. But I don't know whether this will actually happen.
I suppose they need the new doctor's form to document whether you are still disabled or whether you have gotten better while waiting.

Hello,
It means either your Doctor's statement, that you got in your application packet, was not included in your application. Or if you gave it to your Doctor, they failed to get it mailed in. So when you get it, take it to your Doctor to fill out and say that you will be back to pick it up yourself, to be sure it gets mailed in.
Also, remember, once you are approved, you are retro paid, from the date of your application.
I hope this helped!
Good Luck! :)

"Expedite" means they are going to rush your case because it's taking too long.

Fill out the papers, copy them & send them back as soon as you can!

She will expedite your case means she will look after it personally and get it done as soon as possible.

It means they lost your paperwork.
