I use something called Bigeloil. It's sold in feed stores for horses. It works great on your muscle pain though.
It says it soothes pain from strained muscles, cools and reduces swelling from arthritis, treats sore knees and tendons.
It feels really good. You can feel the heat working.

biofreeze- you can buy it at a lot of day spas and massage places. It is so awesome. Much better than tiger balm. It starts out kind of cool and then warms up... it feels great on sore muscles or a sore back.
