The sentiments of all the no answers is noble, but the x factor has to be the hotness of the person you could cheat with. I mean, if the opportunity came with someone who looks like a model, well, you'd have to at least be tempted.

No I most definately would not ever dream of going out on my husband. Honey, when you take those vows and say the words "I DO" then you are promised unto her and noone else, meaning the dating scenarios end. It is until death do you part, not until I cheat! Also, not to get all religious on you or anything but it does state clearly that one of God's ten commandments is Thall shalt not commit adultery. I have no room to talk cause I have done rotten things in my days and no I'm not judging or criticizing you because it is not my place, I'm just advising you not to do that to her. Would you want her running out on you, laying up butnaked in the arms of another man? No...I don't think you would, so please give her same respect she deserves as you would want. Talk to her, communication is the key to a successful marriage, not sex. You must express yourself to her, your partner and your best friend, she is your best friend, right?? Seek marriage counceling if anything and if you still have these rash thoughts, don't act upon them right away but go to her and let her know and divorce her first. Really not suppose to divorce unless one is unfaithful to the other according to the Bible, however if you do decide that your heart is no longer in your marriage and you do divorce her without propable cause then bare in mind that you will not be aloud to remarry, either of you. Please read your bible, pray and ask God to forgive you of your sins and to help you in your marriage. He will, have to trust and obey him.

What's the point in having a spouse if you need to cheat? I wouldn't even waste my time getting married if I wasn't completely satisfied with my man.

Most people are answering your question trying to convince themselves what they would do..Some are in denial, and I am here to tell you that not a damn person really knows until they are in that situation..And when you are in that situation you have to look at your self and how you feel about doing it..Will your morals not allow you to do it..Will your relationship not fulfilling your desires allow you to..Will your relationship being everything you want make you not do it because you are afraid of losing everything you have????
This decision is a battle in your own head..Just remember when making you decision that you are the one that has to live with your decisions no body else you do what you feel is right..

Hell no. When I'm in a relationship with someone - they're the only person I'd give myself to. If some random guy wanted to hook it with me I'd be totally uninterested 'cause if you're not in my heart - you don't mean sh*t to me.
A lot of people will blame their spouse and say they weren't giving them enough sexual satisfaction, and that's bullsh*t. If your spouse isn't satisfying you the 'right' way - tell him 'cause he'd be more than happy to fulfill your needs!!! Gosh.

The issues here are integrity, virtue, code of ethics, morality, responsibility. Does your character reflect a high sense of these values when you know someone is looking, but they are quickly dropped the minute that you think no one is looking?
Cheat means to lie, to lie means to sell your self!
Because you asked the question, you seriously called into question your code of ethics, in fact all of your character values!

No, the truth will always eventually come out. If it doesn't come out to your spouse or anyone else, the truth will always be known to yourself. It is much more difficult to live with your own truths than for someone else to live with your truths. Others will get over your affair. It is not so easy to get over your own affair.
