Yes and no. You'll feel this with high blood pressure and with dropped blood pressure, so be careful. If it happens often, consult your doctor for stabilization medications.

your brain takes up a lot of the blood that your heart pumps. you are probably just hearing the blood being pumped close by especially if you are in a very quiet place.

you really need to slow yourself down when that happends especially if you have high bp.

Check it to be sure.
