Jessica, I don't care if he is hot and you shouldn't either-because looks isn't everything. Is he nice, caring, respetcable, ect.? If so than just go up to him and tell him.

You can draw him towards you by trying to get his attention, by smiling at him and making small talks with him. If he seems receptive then start having lengthener conversations and hopefully by that point you can sort of figure out the vibe between the two of you...if he's interested in you or if he only likes you as a friend, this way you don't risk the embarrassment if he doesn’t feel the same way. If it seems as though he likes you then take it a step farther by asking him if he wants to hang out together sometime...and take it from there.

Make sure he knows you are interested. Use the old way of pretending someone else is interested and see if he gets jealous... Make sure he knows you are alive. Ask him to hang out with you and a few of your friends, and dress up special for him, and plan with your friends to give the two of you time alone to talk. Lastly, show intrest in something he really loves that way the two of you can talk about it!

I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're in school, and if he needs help in a subject or something you can offer to help him, or if he is sitting next to you try to strike conversation with him, and if that goes well, mention to go and hang out some time.
just remember not to play dumb or pretend that ur something ur not just so this guy likes you, becuz if u hav to change urself for some guy, then he's not ur type.

You can't go wrong by treating him like a friend. Be a good friend and see him as a friend. In time, he'll see for himself what you're really made of and go from there.
