and when i wake up my hair is all over but when i wet it get terribly poofy HELP PLEAAAAASSSEEE (without hair gels etc.)

Straighten it. This will get rid of most of your problems unless it's too short, and you might need hair gel if it is. By the way, don't listen to those people who give you lame comments about hair - I'm a guy, and I grew my hair out 13 inches at one point and that doesn't make me feminine in the slightest. Good luck, I hope you resolve your hair trouble :)

WELL... thats about the way my hair is too except mines not poofey.... if you dont blow dry your hair ever the poofeyness should go dowm thats all i can really help u with srry good luck..

When you get in the shower.. wash your hair first... then rinse and put cream rinse all over it.. and leave it while you are washing the rest of your body.

Then rinse your hair and towel dry. Do not go to bed with wet hair. Do not blow dry..

The weight of the cream rinse will weigh down your hair.

when u shampoo ur hair just don't forget to put some oil.that would be the simplest formula .
