I'm 27 and she is 45 something. She has been very aggressive toward me.
I'm just shy, nice person, with high anxiety. I see her everyday I work and everyday I goto this store on a regular basis. I've helped her out with some heavy items and she helped me.
She has given me her number which I have never called and a few times at work she has said " so its a date Tuesday?" I say, " I'll be there like every Tuesday."
A part of me wants to cause it mite help my anxiety. Another part of me doesn't cause of the age difference and I think she has a son my age. I just don't know what to do.

Not only that but I'm worried if I do about stds and stuff. Sure I'll use a condom if it goes that far but anything else?

Why would you even consider having a relationship with someone unless you really liked them and felt like you had a connection with them? Don't just jump into something just because you think it might help your anxiety. It might just cause more because if you see this woman at work on a regular basis and it doesn't work out, you are just setting yourself up for more trouble. Stick to women your own age or at least closer. She is old enough to be your mother and if she is coming on to someone your age, she may have some real issues. Trust your gut instincts.

it´s funny that you don´t mention whether you actually like her or not; but make it a point to explain that this could be beneficial for your anxiety.

you should give it a shot who knows you may like it or even learn some thing to tell you honestly i like older women. plus i am 26 and if she does have a son your age as long as u dont know him and he isnt your friend than the coast is clear

Dude, if you are physically and mentally attracted to each other, go for it! I had a girlfriend once with a bigger age difference. I had trouble keeping up with her! (I should be ashamed)
