The main structures of the Ears and Nose consist of a dense connective tissue called cartilage, instead of bone that forms the rest of the human skeleton. Throughout life, cartilage keeps growing whereas bone only reaches a certain size.
I doubt whether Botox would have any real effect on the cartilage as it is a toxin used on muscular tissues.

Ears & nose are the only parts of the body that don't stop growing, while you are alive.
They also appear more prominent as the rest of your face (especially lips) become wrinkled and start looking smaller.
NO, botox is for INCREASING size. If you are seriously unhappy with how you look, and have £££££, see a cosmetic surgeon.
If you are unhappy with how you look, but are not ultra-mega-rich, you can minimise the APPEARANCE of size of ears and nose. Wear hair-styles that cover your ears, and avoid dangly earrings (I'd say this goes for both genders, but then, I adore long hair on men). Use anti-wrinkle cream RELIGIOUSLY, around eyes and lips, and in the creases alongside your face, from nose to mouth. You'll have to fork, for good quality product, but it is remarkable how many years you can take off.
Women, use two very slightly different shades of foundation on your nose, using the a darker one under your nose (sort of like you do under cheekbones) and also just along the bridge and tip, before you put your ordinary foundation on. This minimises length and prominence. If your nose is wide, put some darker foundation along the sides, and use a trace of shimmer finish along the bridge and tip. Balance with similar effects on cheekbones. (A slight double-chin can be minimised the same way). CHECK your makeup under the light in which you will be seen! Fluorescent lights in an office are completely different from daylight, and for evening lights, you need more dramatic contrast. BLEND thoroughly. These are stage-lighting tricks, and look hideous unless applied with a light hand, and blended well!
Blokes, if you can fake it, and want to, have at! I've never yet seen a bloke who didn't look better with a dab of make-up. What's good for the goose... etc.

The muscular system of your face begins to collapse, hence sagging and wrinkles, thus giving the appearance of your nose growing. In fact it simply becomes more prominent.
I would think collagen injections and infilling of fat from other parts of the body would be a better bet.

Your head slowly shrinks over time, this is due to continued harmfull uv rays reacting to chemicals produced by the skin, because your nose n ears are generally cooler than your face, they produce less chemicals, so tend to shrink at a slower pace creating the illusion that they r getting bigger.

Dunno why .If we lived for hundreds of years they would be wafting about in the breeze. In a normal life span they don't grow that much and I shouldn't think botox would make much difference.

It's true, isn't it? I've never really wondered why, but I suppose it's for the same reason as why your willy gets smaller!
