Just make a schedule and then actually do it. Plan your days. Get an agenda if you already don't and USE IT. Put down your school assignments and days you'll be at games ((assuming it's sports)) and practice. Then when you're not practicing or whatever DO your homework. If you can't do it then punish yourself. You can't go out on weekends until all of last weeks work is done.
Good Luck!

LOW ENERGY:
If you're suffering from low energy, make sure you're getting enough water. Drink eight glasses of water a day.
Drink a glassful of equal parts of lemon juice and grapefruit juice once a day to dispel fatigue and tiredness at the end of your day.
Siberian Ginseng has been found to increase stamina. Adults can take four 500 mg tablets a half hour before a workout or a big day at work, but use it for only three months at a time.
The herb rhodiola may also increase alertness by encouraging production of brain chemicals that stimulate your central nervous system. A Russian study found that people taking rhodiola reported less mental fatigue along with higher levels of physical fitness and better coordination. Follow dosage recommendations on the bottle's label. Drink a glass of pure orange juice for quick energy.

I teach students everyday (8th graders) on the best way to get organized. It is something that we all seem to have a problem with. Many of the answers provided are great in that they advise you to 'schedule'. Get yourself a small agenda/organizer. Start out slowly - write down a few items - say - 5 - and try to accomplish everything in the order in which you wrote it. Record the time you started and the time you completed. Go back at the end of the day and study it. Did you accomplish your goals? If so, increase your list and continue to add to it until you have established a great pattern. It takes time and you HAVE to get it done. You can't change your challenged habits until you change. Meaning - get started....good luck.

If you make a schedule for every single thing you need to do, actually MAKE yourself do it for 22 days, and ten bucks says you won't even need the schedule anymore. You must condition yourself to be how you strive to be
