Me and my boy friend just broke up 3 days ago and im still crying over it. Then last night when I went to the new years party I saw my best friend and my ex making out. I couldnt believe it. Then today i called her and asked wtf was going on? She said we broke up and i was tripping. Do I have the right to be mad at her or should i be happy for them???

You are righ to be mad and it looks like in the first place she wasn't that much of a best friend. She would have been there for you during your hard time of a break up. And she could have at least asked you if you still had feelings for the guy three months from now then ask permission to go out with him.Moreover your best friend would normally see your guys or ex guys as off limits. Take your time girl she wasn't a best friend after all and as for that guy you'll get over him I do agree it hurts right now but time will heal your heart an someone more deserving of you will come along.

No. Don't waste your time on either one of them. Altho, when you both broke it off, all bets are off, but do you really want to waste your time with him if he's that fickle, as well as your girlfriend? All is fair in love and war, you know. And when it comes to boys, it is war.
