If u r truly working out 40 min a day, (and I mean continuously moving or lifting--not walking the gym deciding for 6-7 min what machine to do next), this meal plan shouldn't stop you from losing weight.

Cereals are good, as long as they don't have processed sugar (look for entirely whole grain ones). If you need sweetener, use honey or maple syrup--not aunt jemima, the actual stuff that comes out of the maple tree. you can get it at health stores. A teaspoon of that should sweeten enough for you.

Natural sugars will hold you over much much longer than refined ones and are easier for your body to break down.

In fact, you should be able to eat 'regular' meals in sensible portions (and snacks) and still lose fat. You may get smaller and weigh the same (muscle is heavier than fat), but you will fit into your smaller clothes and you will be healthier.

Unless you are diabetic, you can have 1-2 carb foods per meal (fist sized portions or smaller). Good luck!

Your working out to loose weight right.
Obviously. But you shouldnt try and eat only healthy things. eat your fruits and vegetables but you can also eat meat and fried foods(not too many)
But diets our dangerous you do not want to cut out carb carbs is what gives you energy. But the trick is to portion your meal instead of taking a big plate of salad take a smaller plate of vegetables and steak cut everything your eating down 10-25 % and dont skip andy meals that when you gsain weight and for snack s have stuff like carrot sticks
trust me i know my aunt lost 60 pounds from doing this and just walking everynight.
a good nights sleep helps too.
I suggest exercising regularily and eating right
(not a health freak or a junk food junkie)
OK im sure you or whoever is loosing weight
will do just fine.ps ceral is a good way to start your day with 1piece of fruit and orange juice
and for lunch sandwich cut up veggies and dip
you can add salad to both of those salad has like 0 carbs so your good to go.

What works for me is a smoothie home made in the morning & a whole meal ham salad wrap at lunch and no carbs for dinner just salad & lean meat. Everyone is different so you need to sort out what works best for you. But I also exercise 1.5 hours 6 days a week so I find I feel pretty good quickly when I stick to this plan.

You should look at reality: I mean this. I suggest, remember suggest....eating 4-6 meals a day in the 1200-1500 calorie range ,or more if you want to gain, I day. Break up your meals. Work out in a week 3-4 times with more intensity. I walk everyday....somewhere. Get moving, to gain or lose. Take it easy, and make it real.

Any CEO of a car rental agency. When the base price for one week starts out at $192 and ends up at $298, it is time for some serious head thumping. To add insult to this, upgrades which would add another $100 are outrageous. All of these were offered along with the substitution of a car not the first choice. Add $6.99 per gallon for fuel costs. If I thought Washington state was expensive, So. Calif. tops it. Thanks for letting me rant.

I think you should work out. That's good exercise! But you shouldnt limit your diet to that. You should be able to eat different things, the only thing you want to watch out for is foods with hydrogenated oils and saturated fats. I think you should also make eating balanced meals a habit, but that's probably because I disagree with those "eating-only-chicken-until-I-lose-weight" diets. Eat until you're full but don't overstuff yourself. Cut back on snacking.

If you're really determined to lose a lot of weight, the best thing for you to do is probably to check with a physical therapist to see which is the healthiest thing for you.
