Believe it or not, shampooing with Ivory Liquid dish detergent will get rid of the dandruff. The dandruff also makes your hair seem dry. Use Pantene hair conditioner after shampooing to give it a soft feeling. You can continue with the Ivoey after the dandruff is gone or switch to Pantene shampoo.

OK girl no one listens to me on this one but it will help
First of all if you have real dandruff you have to go to the doctor to get rid of it. But their is a difference between dry flaky hair and dandruff, so im just going to assume you have the flakes.
before your shamppo your hair...get it wet. Then get some extra virgtin olive oil and warm it up a bit. Pour the olive oil all over your hair and massage your scalp with it then Wrap your hair in a damp towel and leave it for ten minutes to soak in. The towel will keep all the heat and moisture close to your scalp where you need it. after that wash it out good with shampoo and follow with a good conditioner....you can do the towel thing double with the conditioner if you really want. If your hair is really frizzy and thick you can smooth a drop of olive oil through your hair when it is still damp. But only use it after the shower if your hair is really puffy and neads weight to hold it down. The olive oil will wash out when you shampoo it but the moisture with stay.

ask your surgeon, you're able to get a prescription dandruff shampoo. Coconut oil has anti fungal properties which, whilst used generally, can cut back dandruff. it is likewise large for dry, broken hair. soften a tablespoon or 2 of coconut oil until its heat. rub down into your scalp and bypass away in for 10 minutes. Rinse alright and shampoo as widely used. warmth kit and merciless sulfates in styling products and shampoos can dry hair out and reason split ends. attempt a sulfate loose shampoo and conditioner. good success :)

I'm not sure about the dandruff, but as for the dry hair: After shampooing, rub mayonaise or olive oil into your hair and scalp. Cover in saran wrap or a shower cap. Leave it on your head for half an hour or so, then shampoo it out.

i don't think there is a "complete, quick-fix" answer. a long term answer is to reserch around the net to see if you are missing any vitamins or minerals in your diet that might lead to the problem of dandruff... other than that, i don't know

Use head& shoulders shampoo about twice a week. dandraff is dead skin, and you usually get it when your hair is oily. I recommend that shampoo, but if you can't use that one, just use another shapoo frequently so you can clean your hair so that it's not oily. Good luck
