I already tried pulling hard, but it really hurt. I think suction is keeping it in. The head is getting kinda purple. I tried running hot water on the bottle, but it didn't work. This is getting bad. Any help would be appreciated. Please don't ask how/why I did it- it's personal.

Well, you can't very well break the bottle, you will probably get cut that way. I think the only option you have is to take yourself down to the hospital ER and let them remove it. After all, if the head is turning purple, it is losing circulation, and I don't guess you would like to wait and do nothing about it and the result being that a doctor will have to amputate it. Go to the ER now, to keep that from happening. We all learn lessons in life, and I am sure that you learned tonight to never do something this crazy again. Good luck, buddy.

It's hard to believe your tool is so small that it would fit into a DrPepper bottle....but that's another story I guess.
If you have a Dremel Tool, put in a very small drill bit and drill a hole into the bottle near the bottom (at high speed)....this will release the suction and you can remove your monster!

BTW...If you aren't getting any of the real stuff....you might want to purchase a blow up doll....I don't think you can get "it" stuck in them!

Oh Lord, I hope u aren't serious. But in the off chance that u are, try some butter or grease. Quit pulling on it or ur going to make it swell, and then it really won't come out. If you can't get it out soon, u will need to go to the er. Better to suffer a little embarrassment than to lose the equipment.

Oh my. This is probably the dumbest thing I have ever read on here. You need to break the seal by working something(a toothpick[ouch], knitting needle, anything thin smooth and not too flexible) between the skin and bottle. Once you break the seal you're good to go. Be careful.

break the bottom of the bottle with a hammer or something that will get rid of the suction and the worm will be free for poke his head into something else he shouldn't

Quit wasting time and go to the ER. Personal or not, you're running a risk of permanent injury by not seeking medical care.

Use cold water, you know what cold does to your wood. Also lube up with liquid soap. The combination of both should end your problem in five minutes.
