Does it have better nutritional value than other meats?

If it's skinless, it's very low-fat, high in protein, and has plenty of B vitamins and good stuff.

It's healthier than beef, but not as healthy as fish.

It has different nutritional values than other meats. And it depends on the preparation. Chicken under cooked can kill you. But then, so can pork or beef.
If you eat fried chicken all the time, no, it is not healthy. Broiled chicken, however is.

Yes, besides fish and turkey, it is the best meat that you can eat. However, it is best cooked anyway except for fried for the nutritional value and caloric intake.

I'm pretty sure it does although chicken isn't the most nutritious food. Meat in general isn't as healthy as many foods such as vegetables and fruits. Try to eat more veggies than meats.

Its more beneficial and is more easily digested then red meat, veal and pork. I would rate poultry second after fish as the best meat/seafood option.

As long as it's cooked properly and you don't use too much of any butter, salt, or sauce it is better than beef and a lot of other foods.

yes, chicken is really good for you if its not deep fried, or anything like that. it has a lot of protien in it. Happy New Year!
