IF you are looking to replace these vents with NEW covers .. then the Local Hardware Store is a good choice ... or Lowes, Home Depot or some other similar store will have a selection of Vent Covers available for you to look at.

IF you have a size that is not regularly stocked .. then you can order it through most store's special ordering desk.
