Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, divided
1 (17 1/2 ounce) package chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

Heat oven to 350° (177 Celsius) for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 (163 Celsius) for dark or non-stick pan.
Generously grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch, with shortening or cooking spray.
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions (Betty Crocker uses the water, oil and 3 eggs); pour into prepared cake pan
Make cookie mix as directed on package (using the softened butter and 1 egg).
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls evenly over batter in pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Spread frosting over top of cake.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse, 2004
Show: Emeril Live
Episode: Our Favorite Sweets

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Confectioners' sugar, for garnish
Sweetened cocoa, for garnish
Sweetened whipped cream, accompaniment

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 14-inch, light colored, round pizza pan with parchment paper and grease the parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add the eggs, beating well after the addition of each.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix with a whisk. Add to the butter mixture, mixing to incorporate, and add the vanilla extract. Fold in the dark and white chips and the nuts. Spread across the bottom of the prepared pan and bake until the edges are golden and the cookie is set but the center is still slightly soft, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

To serve, sift confectioners' sugar and sweetened cocoa over the top, and cut into wedges. Serve sweetened whipped cream on the side.

A cookie cake? Like a cake that is like a giant cookie? If it is, you use the same exact recipe for chocolate chip cookies, pour it in a circular pan, and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to brown.

Creepy Cookie Cake Recipe

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (recommended: Cool Whip)
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies plus 10 whole cookies (recommended: Oreo)
1 (9-inch) chocolate pie crust

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until creamy.
Add sour cream and vanilla, beat until well combined.
Stir in cool whip and crushed cookies.
Spoon mixture into pie crust using a rubber spatula to spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before serving.

To decorate: Through a fine sifter, heavily sprinkle cocoa powder over the cake to make it look like dirt in a graveyard.

To make tombstone cookies scrape the cream filling out of chocolate cookies. Cut off ends of cookies so as to make a rectangular shape.

Using royal icing in a piping bag, pipe spooky decorations and words on the tombstone cookies. Examples: BOO, RIP.

Some people have called this a "Sheet cake" or "Texas sheet cake"
It tastes closer to the BEST brownies you've ever had:
INGREDIENTS:
CAKE:
1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
FROSTING
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
1 box (1 pound) confectioners' sugar, sifted (4 1/4 cups sifted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Chopped pecans (Optional)
Cake: Combine butter, water, and cocoa in saucepan over medium heat; heat until butter melts. Add sugar, flour, salt, eggs, soda, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well. Pour into a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
For frosting, combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with electric mixer. Spread over the hot sheet cake then sprinkle with chopped pecans (Optional).

You have three on the last Q that are cakes, and one that's a cookie.

Are you looking for the giant chocolate chip cookie that has the decorator icing on it? It's just a giant cookie, you can use any cookie recipe.

If you want a layer cake, it's the Betty Crocker one on your last Q.

Otherwise, I'm afraid I don't understand what you're looking for.

try kraftfoods.com
Or Ive made one before using cookie dough like your making cookies but instead use a big round pan and just pour it in. I use a big pizza pan type thing.
