***and for all you peope to know!!!***
I take in stray cats so don't think I don't know about the unwanted cats already out there. I have tons of cats! Well over 15. But their all fixed and she's my only one thats not fixed and I have no more kittens. And I do have homes for them, well for the ones I'm not keeping. I also take in Pit Bull Puppy's and health them and sell them to good homes.

Forget the kittens! Take that cat to the vet right now for her shots and spay.
Have you ever been to a shelter?
Go to your local shelter and ask for a tour. Take a good hard look at all the cats, kittens, dogs and puppies, each of whom deserves a home, and most of whom will die very soon because there are not enough homes for them all! If you want kittens, adopt some! But be sure you can care for them properly...

DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!

Sorry, but you asked for this!
Why on earth would you want this cat to have kittens? Aren't there enough stray cats and kittens being euthanized everyday across this county in shelters were there aren't enough homes to place them. How many dead cats or kittens have you seen on the side of the road? Where do you think they came from? People who have allowed their cats to have litter after litter with no clue as to what their future would be. If shelters can't find good loving homes for all these unwanted cats and kittens what makes you think you can do a better job of finding homes? What if she has 8 kittens, are you ready to investigate finding them all good homes, or will you just let them live outside and make their own fate. Save a life, spay or neuter your pets.

She has to be a lot older than that, but why would you want to breed her? There are millions and millions of unwanted cats and kittens who die every year because there are too many kitties and not enough homes. Do your cat and all the other kitties of the world a favor and get her spayed now instead. Don't intentionally take away a home from a cat who might be sitting on death row right now.

She is sexually mature but she is still very young. It will bring her health down. There are many litters of kittens I have found in my neighborhood. And many in shelters. There are so many abandoned cats in this world! Trust me, you don't want to contribute to it! If you really want kittens so bad, why don't you foster kittens from a shelter. Trust me, it is a lot of fun. I have fostered the ones Ive found. The only sad part is giving them away. And what were you planning on doing with the kittens. Keep them, give them away or sell them?Foster or Adopt kittens. Has your cat even gone to the vet. Because if she has, a good veterinarian would have told you to get her fixed. It sounds to me like you haven't. Plus, she needs her shots.

Why do you want her to have kittens? Is she a show cat? Is she purebred?

I can tell you 6 months is way to young..Maybe try some cat breeding email lists on yahoo groups.

Why bring more cats into the world when thre are thousands being killed daily.. There are at least 10x more cats in the shelters than dogs.

Do her a favor, have her spayed and leave breeding animals to the professionals....

she will be sexually mature but she wont be ready to hav them you need to think of the effect that its goin to have on her she is way to young for that kind of responibility it will do her head in seriously and it can effect them badly enough that they go crazy and need to be put down talking from experience and then you need to think of the financial side of things she could have anywere between 2 and ten kittens would you be able to feed them all they wont live on there mothers milk for ever and you will have to buy 4 times as much kitty litter more often and you will need to get them all vaccinated every year that would be very very costly getting all of them done and then theres worming and vet bills if they get sick these are all the things u need to think seriusly about and are you going to be able to look after them for ever or will they end up like the rest of the homeless animals in a shelter because there owners wanted kittens but was to much for them to handle if its just the fact that you want a kitten then go to a animal welfare shelter they have plenty that need homes and it wont be a financial burden either so why not instead of adding to the cat over population y dont you help decress it
and seriously think of getting her desexed

ok - what breed of cat is she?
first she should attend cat shows to prove she is an excellent example of the breed WORTHY of passing on her genetics... then she should be vet checked for breeding soundness

then you should find her a suitable mate who has also been shown, is of the same breed, and has been tested as well

she should be NO YOUNGER than 18 months...

NEVER NEVER breed a regular cat - 2 million cats and kittens are euthanized every year simply because of people allowing their cats to breed -
every home your kittens find means some other kitten (equally cute) will be put to death becuase it didint find a home...

spayed cats have fewer health risks and live longer lives on a whole, if you love her this will be more important...

She's old enough now to go into heat, so it's just a matter of time. I hope you will be keeping or already have homes for the 7-8 kittens she'll be having.

Just like humans she cannot have kittens until her first menstual cycle/heat, however vets recomend waiting till atleast a cat's second/third one before breeding for the cat's and kitten's health. If a cat has kittens too early they may not be mature enough to handle it and will either refuse to nurse or take intrest, or stop nursing at an early stage of developement amung the kittens.

you extremely need to enable the kittens out extra advantageous than this. And in case you will desire to shop them in a field for a jiffy or in one day, attempt to make it a service or a larger crate which you would be able to positioned a small muddle field in and in line with risk a blanket and nutrition/water, to offer them a huge gamble to get out of what they could detect as their rest room (the muddle). Kittens and cats do not oftentimes want to easily stay and consume in a litterbox. sturdy luck. additionally, one month isn't very previous, and those kittens would desire to nevertheless be with their mom and nursing. the place is the mother cat in all of this?
