The bible says God made man in his own image, so I have to believe that God is human-like in appearance.

I believe it's too difficult for us to understand....we're human and we feel the need to label everything....
I've always thought (since in the Bible it says that we are made in God's image) that if you put everyone together you get: God....but I don't know .....I like to think of God as a spirit or aura.....

neither.
God is a spirit. It was Jesus said he was the image of God. Which means not his physical appearance but his characteristics.

Not a man but A SPRITITUAL ENTITY. No preacher nor religion has Gods real word and we must take it all and read between the lines to understand the good message
