Yes, you can wear the "Overseas Service Ribbon" on your Class A's along with your Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal and any other award given to you by your company (AAM, ARCOM, GCM, etc...)
You are authorized to wear it after six months of continuous service overseas, that includes, Germany, Korea, Italy, Turkey and any country that is outside of CONUS.

Yes, you can. New regs came out on the overseas ribbon (and many others) You can wear both the Korean defense ribbon and the overseas ribbon now.

Look in AR 600-8-22. It will lay out the specific criteria. Normally, you are awarded the OSR after the completion on your tour. You are also authorized to wear the KDSM if you meet the criteria.

Talk to your personnel NCO. He/she will be able to tell you, but I think you've met the requirement to wear it.
