Very difficult, but a regular skin regime only can help. First is, if your constantly stressed out there is little you can do. But if you have an opportunity to take a break, then use a cumcumber pad, simply dip cotton in cold water and apply or a green banana peel (till it turns dark)
Please remember dark circles will not go under you rest and have lots of water. Also stop rubbing your eyes frequently, the skin under your eye is very sensitive and should be treated as such.

I wish, I wish, I wish, is what I've said all my life about the dark circles, I've even been asked on occassion who punched me out.
But still have not found anything that works all that well.
Avon has one product that does work somewhat but you have to have patience,, but if you try it, don't give up before it can start working, and they also have a skin lightner, I'm sure all the other cosmetic companies do also, but some are way too expensive for my wallet.

well - dark circles can be caused by allergies and rubbing the eyes - that is seen in alot of children. take an antihistamine and get enough sleep. the due to pimples thing - see a dermatologist

You can try potato skins for lightening under eye circles. scars have to be treated by a dermatologist.

i would certainly go see a dermatologist first. Shea butter, cocoa butter helps scars.

use a concealer that matches your skin color and just rub it lightly under your eyes also try cucumber slices on your eyes
