Though Vedas predict the birth of Buddha, Mahavir and many more in Bhavishya puran.

The question seems to be ambiguous. What exactly you mean by Philosophy of Vedas. What is that Buddhists condemn in Vedas. In fact they accept the core of Vedic beliefs of Pranava Om and Rebirth. Even among Hindu systems of Philosophy there are differences that does not mean they condemn. Yes Buddhists condemn killing of animals in Yagnas and rituals. But surprisingly today most of the Buddhists are not vegetarians, neither they are without rituals. Bhavishya Purana is not in Vedas, it is a Book of Prophesy in Sanskrit of very later age.

Actually the Buddhist leaders are starting to disagree on a lot of things. Reincarnation (as a general concept) is being denied by a growing number of Buddhist.

Somehow I don't think you've gotten your facts straight. Buddhists are not prone to condemning anything having to do with other religions. Can you give a reference so that I can check this out?

Buddha has preached nonviolence as againgt killings and idol worshipping .Other philosophy remains similar
