Why is it that we have days and nights..... If you feel days are for work and nights are for rest.. then why do we work night duties... in some places, we have work going on for 24 hours.. If you say so that people work in rotation, and if nights are made by nature for rest, then dont they deserve a nice sleep as per the rules of nature?

As a general situation, night is for rest and day for work, however this is not always the case.
If you have a plant (factory) that can opperate successfully 44/7 and not flood the market, you will opperate it 24/7. So some will be working night. This is not natural and the mind/body has to adjust.
Yes, people need to rest and this should be at night. People working nights get extra pay for the "against nature" hours of work they do.

well many ppl sleep at night because they have worked all day and they need to recharge thier batteries, same goes for those that work at night. now nature has nothing to do with this ,because first of all nature didnt come up with work, we did.
