I will honestly say thats the first I've seen that and I was in Cosmo for 4 years, and I work at a salon. I can tell you its possible, but again... never knew that existed. They're just long bangs that are cut to make a point in the middle of your forehead. If you want it done, take a picture to a stylist... I wouldnt recommend doing it yourself.

Um, bangs? Fringe? Usually it just means a person has a layered hair cut if they have pieces longer that what is considered their real bangs. Or their stylist just did a really bad whack job on their hair.
