Sinusitis is a viral infection that you can get anywhere.
There is no connection between jogging and sinusitis.

Sinusitis is not good to go jogging, it's dangerous

You should get rid of the sinusitis first, then try to do some exercise.
Try the Eucaliptus a few days, no jogging at all, until you are free again.

SINUSITIS:

Mix 1 part Echinacea, 1 part Goldenseal, and 1 part Marshmallow leaf. Use 2 tsp. per cup of boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes and drink 1 cup every 2 hours.

Take Bioplasma cell salts daily.

Eat horseradish or wasabi to loosen your sinuses. They will start to drain immediately. Be careful though, a little bit goes a long, long ways, as both are very strong

What do you mean by sinusitis? When you have sinusitis you usually need antibitoics to clear it up.
