cardio+weight training+healthy eating=weight loss. firstly, you need to exercise no matter what. your body was designed to be active and to benefit from physical activity. you should be starting with 30 minutes of cardio a day for a month. the second month, complete your 30 minutes of cardio and add 15 minutes of weight training. month three, complete 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training a day and so on. invest in a pedometer to help you keep track of how many steps a day you are walking. you should aim for a goal of at least 10,000. for me, i average 15,000 steps a day. find activities that are fun for you to do. park further away from the door when you are shopping; take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. activity can be found everywhere. secondly, you should try to eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day to keep yourself from getting hungry and to keep your blood sugar stable and energy levels up. males generally need between 1800-2300 calories a day to lose weight and 2300-2800 to maintain depending on activity levels. females need between 1400-1800 to lose weight and 1900-2300 to maintain weight. make sure to eat a lot of whole wheat, whole grain, high fiber pastas, cereals, crackers, popcorn, tortillas, Kashi TLC bars and probiotic bars found in health food stores, consume brightly colored fruits, vegies, and berries,(red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple) and try to eat only lean cuts of meat no bigger than a deck of cards. use olive oil to help with your good cholesterol, and eat other sources of protein such as nuts, peanut butter, beans, soy products, etc. make sure to drink plenty of water, green teas, red teas, and pure fruit juices, soy milk or non fat milks. limit soda consumption to no more than 2 regular diet sodas a day. if you eat right and stay on track changing your lifestyle, you could possible lose 8 or 9 pounds a month. good luck.

Lots of fish and as many green veggies as you can handle. I didn't eat red meat for 3 years and ended up being hypoglycemic--drinking gatorade on a regular basis helps to keep from feeling faint, and gives you good sugars. Fish is high in protein and low in fat. The veggies are a given, and you can find all kinds of good receipes--grilled eggplant sandwiches, grilled portabella sandwiches, grilled veggies with mozzerella/bleu/asiago cheeses, etc. You should have some pasta and bread because of the hypoglycemia, but not much. Also, eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big meals. You will feel fuller and won't want to snack as much.

Just eat healthy! And exercise
Eat alot of fruits and vegys, especially if you want to snack. (grab a bag of baby carrots instead of those potato chips that way you can eat the whole bag and not feel guilty )
Eat lean meats like Turkey and chicken. Eat nuts and other foods with unstaturated fats. Use darker breads, they taste good and they are better for you. Limit your portion size. When you go out to eat, stay away from fried fatty foods. And of course find a sport or other activity that you enjoy and makes getting exercise fun. (i ride horses, not only does it give me an amazing work out, but it is also alot of fun and i love to do it!)

WEIGHT LOSS:

Drink lots of pure water with Celtic sea salt to lose weight. Add 1/8 tsp. Celtic sea salt to a 16 oz. bottle of water. Divide your body weight by 2 and that is how much water you should drink each day. You will lose pounds easily and feel great too.

JOGGING IN A JUG RECIPE:
1 qt. red grape juice
2 qts. apple juice
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup honey
Mix ingredients and keep it stored in your refrigerator. Drink 2 oz. daily for general health maintenance and to lose weight.

Mix 1 tsp. lime juice with 1 cup hot water and drink it first thing each morning to lose weight.

Buy several packages of Oscar Meyer Shaved Roast Beef slices, and eat as much of this as you want whenever you get hungry. Drink one bottle of spring water each time you eat some protein. You will see results quickly. If you need the water to be flavored, add some lemon or lime juice, but nothing else. Or you can drink pure grapefruit juice that is not sweetened, if you prefer.

Drink 3 to 4 cups Green Tea daily to lose fat cells built-up in the body.

Eat one tomato every morning before breakfast.

If you drink iced tea, eat the lemon in your tea after your meal to void some of those calories in your meal.

Take 4 Tbsp. extra virgin organic coconut oil daily, and you will lose all the weight you want. You can buy it online at www.Nutiva.com

Eat cooked cannellini beans or white kidney beans to lose weight.
