Why not jusy say, "Yes"? It sounds a heck of a lot more exciting and will get you where you want to go. Otherwise, the law gets involved and no means no. Simple solution that really works.

Not all girls mean yes when they say "no". I think you can only say this rightfully for yourself. I know a lot of woman that say "no" and really mean "no". It's game playing to tell a guy no, if you mean yes. Also, childish.

NO means just that NO have a look in the dictionary for the meaning of NO and then the meaning of YES i can assure you they are not the same
