I use the same cups and have the same problem. I now buy those sipper cups made by Nuby they are sold at Wal Mart for 94 cents they have the same stopper in them but when the stopper won't stay in I just buy some more. Sometimes if you put the stopper in another cup they will work. You could also write the company and let them know what is happening and they might send you some new stoppers.
Hope that this helps

If they are the Playtex sippy cups with the removable stopper, then you can buy replacement stoppers at Babies R Us. That is the only place I ever found them-and I bought them all every time they were in stock. If another brand, I don't know.

they make sippy cups without the stoppers in them. The part where they drink from has little slices in them so when they suck the liquid comes out. I would try these then you won't have to worry about losing the stoppers anymore and you can buy these at Walmart to.

I know the ones that you want, I had some not sure if I still do as I don't have the cups anymore as my dog liked the cups so much that he ate them so I had to buy more...try posting a want listing one ebay or with your local freecycle community...maybe some other mom in your community has the cups...otherwise you just may be out of luck as they are a use and toss item from walmart.

I've never seen the stoppers sold separately. I always had to buy new cups with lid and stopper included.
