I feel like it is because that's how tall I am and most guys at school tend to go for taller people.

You are fine! Tall men love short women. Don't worry about what is going on in school right now. You will be able to wear high heals when you go out on a real date.
Hopefully you will learn how to dance and learn how to follow a man when you are dancing and he needs to lead because you are little and there is a lot you can do on the dance floor that a taller woman can not do.
Stay healthy, keep your weight right and exercise, Yoga would be great for keeping your body nice and flexible. You are going to have a great life and lots of fun.

I'm short, but I'm not that short. There are people out there that are much shorter than you and is the same age as you. My friend is one head smaller than me and I have this other friend who is half a head taller then me. Even a friend that is one year younger is taller then me. Trust me, 5 ft is not short, because... I'm 5 feet too...

Well how old are you? If you're like 16, then thats just an inch or two below average. If you're 23 then I think you have a bit of a problem... but if you are around 10-14 5 feet is normal.

I am 5 ' 1" and I conside rmyself great .Guys like petite females. I have NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY HEIGHT nor even my weight. I went from being very thin to have a full-figure with curves .
I used to worry about being so thin that I had no shape. Now I like myself and am funny and personable and friendly.Whe I was cought up in my thin body and what the guys thought I shold look like , I was always "full of myself and my looks" Yes, I got guys , but now I have a muscular, strong guy who shaves all his hair off his head. I used to hate that look...WOW why do that!! Now I am used to it and accept it because he and I are so compatible in othe ways. He likes me because I am a no nosense person...my height NEVER interfers with my relationship with him. He does not ever consider me too short.
Better to be short than overly tall and it limits who will want to talk to you and how you dress etc etc.
Petite is cute. DOn't worry about it all so much.

i am 5 foot tall and lots of guys think i'm hott and go for me
maybe u're doing something wrong?
i thought most guys LIKED shorter more petite gurlsXD
here r some other options:
dress better
take better care of ur hair and stuff
act more outgoing
develop hobbies and talents/skills
and if u r overweight, then try losing it...i'm nice and slim;), blonde hair, blue/green eyes, slightly pale complection, ...mmm...and dress really cute...and with just that, guys who don't know a thing about me r walkin my way;D

I am 5' and my guy is quite tall...well if someone really LOVES you height wont be a prob for him!
My guy loved me fpr what I AM AND NOT WHAT I HAVE..and there's always u can wear high heels to look a bit taller....
bytheway when i asked my guy about this height thingy he told me one lovely thing..
"YOU ARE SHORT BUT U ALWAYS WALK HEADS UP"

5 feet is short but i've gone for shorter. and i'm 6'3 lol. theres nothing you can do about it so don't worry about it. i'm really skinny and have a high metabolism and i know people judge for being so skinny but i've learned to be happy with who i am on the inside and just eating as much as i can. life is too short to worry about things like this. No absolutly not ur not to short remember there are also guys that are short. and if a guy doesnt like u cuz ur short hes not for u. take it from a 4'10" and a half person who probobly wont grow any more ur the perfect height.

No not at all! I am 5'2" in highschool I am told I was 5'3" but anyway I know the deal and just look for different guys. I never had any trouble, I went out with guys from 6' to like 5'5".

Most guys go for taller girls because most girls are taller. Don't let it worry you a bit. Lots of six-footers will be interested.
