My grandma said it's "dame bougie" (well, that's how she says it) but I have no idea how to spell that in Polish...

what your grandmother is saying is:"daj mi buzi" and yes, it means "give me a kiss". you can also say "pocałuj mnie" (means "kiss me"), but rather not to your grandma but to a boyfriend or girlfriend:)

Okay, I have no idea if this is exactly right because I do not speak Polish, but my grandmother is from Poland and she has said this phrase to me since I was a baby :) She says "Dają mnie pocałunek"

Emily above is correct. "Daj mi buzi" (dy mee boozhee) or "Daj buzi" (dy boozhee) is something you'd say to a child, or jocularly. The romantic "kiss me" is "Pocałuj mnie" (poh-tsa-wooy mnyeh).
