WEIGHT LOSS:
Drink lots of pure water with Celtic sea salt to lose weight. Add 1/8 tsp. Celtic sea salt to a 16 oz. bottle of water. Divide your body weight by 2 and that is how much water you should drink each day. You will lose pounds easily and feel great too.

the first thing is to be checked out by your dr. and make sure that you are in good health. Then if you are ok. If you want you can count your calories, talk to your dr. and find out how many calories you need to lose the weight you want to.

be more aware of what you eat, drink lots of water, and maybe do exercises that center around your "chub" , such as do sit ups every day if you want to get flatter abs.

eat 6 small meals a day. exercise 3x/week for 45 minutes. drink plenty of water.
if you burn more than you're putting into your body, you will lose weight. bottom line.
