Since i graduated last spring I've lost a bunch of weight, and now i want to get a little more tone. Ive been lifting and my strength is going up but their isnt much of a visible difference. What kind of sets and rep combos can i use to increase size? Also, can anyone give me a different way to work my abs other than doing sit ups and bycycles?

You should monitor your regimen and put it into a folder to change your workout every once in a while to stimulate the body and to avoid getting into a workout rut. What you're doing is okay but building up the workout and then decreasing it to cool the body should be the best way. As for abs, use the Pilates ball with your sit-ups. It's more of a challenge if you use it.
